FIELD: transport engineering; road vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train coupling gear consists of support plate rigidly secured on prime-mover and carrying hinge-mounted turntable engaging with pivot of support sheet of semitrailer frame step. Rod with fixed piston is rigidly secured on frame of prime-mover in longitudinal plane in two supports. Housing of hydraulic cylinder is installed for movement on piston, being rigidly connected with support plate furnished with support rollers installed for movement in space between webs of sidemembers of prime-mover frame. End face of pivot is made in form of truncated hexagonal pyramid coupled with mating hole of shaft of hydraulic distributor rigidly secured in lower part of turntable and connected by pipelines at one side with hydraulic drive of prime-mover, and at other side, with housing of said hydraulic cylinder.
EFFECT: increased load capacity of semitrailers.
