FIELD: extrusion method for production of mineral moldings with bonded phases of calcium silicate hydrate (CSH).
SUBSTANCE: raw material mixture, containing mineral components and at least one calcium-containing component reactive to phases of calcium silicate hydrate, at least one plasticizer and water is agitated up to plasticized state. Mixture is condensed in screw extruder, pressed through a jet, and obtained semimanufactured articles are cured by hydrothermal reaction under pressure of 8025 bar and at elevated temperature of 180-2400C in water steam medium to provide moldings with CSH-bonded phases. Polyethylene oxide or cellulose ether preferably substituted with one or more substituents selected from group containing methyl, ethyl, hydroxyethyl, hydroxipropyl, and sulfoethyl is used as plasticizer.
EFFECT: large-format CSH-moldings.
