FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molding plasticized powdered blend for manufacturing cellular-structure products. Method involves powdered materials, surfactant in amount 0.2 to 10% of the weight of powdered materials, 2-10% binder, 6-50% water-based solvent for binder and surfactant, and 2-50% component not dissolving at least binder, solvent, and powdered materials. Components are mixed and plasticized. Resulting plasticized blend is molded to form crude product. Viscosity of nondissolving component is below that of binder combined with solvent so that amount of solvent is less than it would be required to prepare plasticized blend in absence of non-dissolving component.
