FIELD: petroleum processing and petrochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to production of special-type oils based on naphthenic petroleums. Process comprises sulfuric acid purification of oil distillate, separation of resulting mixture into acid oil and acid sludge, neutralization of acid oil with alkali reagents to yield desired product. Treatment of distillated with sulfuric acid having concentration at least 85% is carried out by means of vibration action with vibrational amplitude 0.4-10 mm and frequency 5-50 Hz at 18-50°C and exposure time 5-15 min. Separation of mixture into acid oil and acid sludge proceeds at difference of densities of indicated phases at least 500 kg/m3.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of production of electrical-insulation oils due to increased yield of desired product, reduced yield of acid sludge, and reduced consumption of alkali.
