FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transformer oils. Technical result is achieved by using as a basic base of transformer oil composition consisting of a mixture of two or three components (bases): base 1 from 10 to 75 %, base 2 or base 3 or mixture of bases 2 and 3 to 100 %, where bases 1, 2 and 3 are: base 1 - component obtained from non-converted residue of hydrocracking, and/or raffinate of selective purification of non-converted residue of hydrocracking, and/or fractions of non-converted residue of hydrocracking, obtained by vacuum distillation, and/or raffinate fractions of selective purification of non-converted hydrocracker residue obtained by vacuum distillation, and/or a mixture of unconverted hydrocracking residue with gauche and/or raffinate mixture of selective purification of non-converted residue of hydrocracking with raffinate, and/or a mixture of fractions of unconverted hydrocracker residue obtained by vacuum distillation with wax concentrate and/or a mixture of raffinate fractions of selective purification of non-converted residue of hydrocracking, obtained by vacuum distillation with swelling, using hydrotreating processes, catalytic dewaxing (hydroisomerisation), hydrogenation, followed by fractionation and vacuum distillation with separation of target fraction 260–430 °C; base 2 (isoparaffin) - component obtained from wax concentrate (fraction 300 °C EBP) by hydrotreating, hydroisode paraffinning, hydrogenation followed by fractionation and vacuum distillation with separation of target fraction 280–370 °C, and base 3 (mineral) - component obtained from narrow diesel fraction 250–340 °C hydrotreatment, hydrodewaxing and hydrogenation.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining transformer oils, having improved antioxidant and low-temperature properties.
