FIELD: agriculture, in particular dung and other organic raw material reprocessing.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes mixing of layered organic waste and peat, mixture charging into fermenter and subsequent aerobic composting by periodic air ventilation at mixture humidity of 50-60 %. Starting mixture additionally contains 10-20 % of brewing grain. Said brewing grain is layered before mixing with organic waste beforehand grinded up to grain-size of 0.1-10 mm and peat. Organic waste and peal with brewing grain are used in ratio of 50:50. Periodic mixture ventilation is carried out for 7 days during 10 sec per 10 min.
EFFECT: compost of improved nutritive value being used as fertilizer.
