FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method for preparing a fodder additive by means of aerobic composting in a fermenter of layered and mixed initial components of the mixture including brewing waste, with its moisture content of 50-60% and periodic aeration with air for 20 seconds every 10 minutes. Compost obtained by aerobic fermentation for 7 days of the peat-manure mixture at the component ratio of 50:50, wheat bran with the humidity of not more than 10-15% at the component ratio of brewing waste: compost: wheat bran 7:4:4, respectively, and table salt in the amount of 0.07% of the weight of the initial mixture are additionally introduced in the composition of the initial mixture. Stirring the mixture components is carried out after loading it into the fermenter, which is a container with an axis horizontally installed therein, equipped with blades uniformly fixed along the entire length of the axis, for 10 minutes at the speed w=12 rpm. Aerating the mixture with air is carried out by periodically stirring it with the blades for 12 hours at the speed w=12 rpm.

EFFECT: increasing the productivity of young bulls and reducing the production cost of agricultural products.
