FIELD: agricultural engineering and apiculture, in particular, pollen collecting equipment.

SUBSTANCE: pollen collector has casing with cover, pollen collecting tray with vent openings, curved plate disposed in the vicinity of entrance and having concave surface at site of contacting with pollen collecting grid equipped with rectangular openings for intensive flowing (falling down) of pollen into tray, and semi-cylindrical pollen collecting grid with hexahedral openings and protrusions running around reverse side of hexahedral openings, said semi-cylindrical grid being made sine-shaped in its base. Pollen collector provides collection of flower pollen load brought by bees, accumulation and ventilation by means of air flowing through openings in tray.

EFFECT: increased collection of pollen load and reduced injure to bee.
