SUBSTANCE: structures for collecting pollen. Closed-type pollen trap for a multiple-storey hive consists of a wooden frame with an entrance, tubes for the exit of drones, a tray with a mesh base for collecting pollen and a pollen grate with a valve. The entrance is made in the form of a rectangle and in the upper corners it has horizontal cuts for the valve, which is made in the form of a flat valve with a width equal to the width of the entrance with cuts and a thickness of 0.4 mm, the pollen grate is installed horizontally at the level of the upper part of the entrance and has cells 5 mm in size, and also has a plywood platform and a pollen screening grate with 3 mm cells, which are installed under the pollen grate at the level of the lower part of the entrance. The tray for collecting pollen is made removable, and on the upper and lower parts of the frame there are folds to enable the installation of the pollen trap between the hive bodies.

EFFECT: simplified design and the increased efficiency of pollen separation.
