FIELD: confectionery industry, in particular, preparing of cakes, pastry or small roafs with filler.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has drive engine and toothed drive gear connected to engine. Apparatus is provided with driven shafts engaged with toothed drive gear, and heating plate onto which frames are mounted for producing of confectioneries. Moreover, apparatus has frame positioning device actuated by driven shafts, injector for introducing raw components from hopper into said frame, upturning device arranged on heating frame and adapted for upturning of frame with its upper part down, and lever adapted for opening of frame cover and actuated by driven shaft.
EFFECT: reduced dimensions of apparatus allowing said apparatus to be positioned in sight of clients for stimulating buying of confectioneries.
