SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport machine building and can be used in design and manufacture of small-sized motor vehicles intended for movement of disabled people in walking both on horizontal and, in particular, inclined and stepped surfaces, including stairs. Stroller with function of lifting on stairs for people with limited abilities in walking contains two driven wheels made in the form of "star", two driving wheels with pushers, two drives of pushers, hold-down pusher assembly.
EFFECT: disclosed is a stroller with a function of climbing stairs for people with disabilities in walking.
