FIELD: petroleum industry; gaseous industry; chemical and other industries.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with apparatuses for separation of two or three-phase streams and may be used in petroleum, gaseous, chemical and other industries. The apparatus contains a horizontal body with connecting pipes of feeding of the water-oil emulsion and a withdrawal of petroleum and water; installed in the body a coalescing block, vertical partitions and an electrode system including placed in height a horizontal grounded electrode and a horizontal high-electro-potential electrode. One of the partitions is placed between a feeding connecting pipe and the electrode system. The upper edge of this partition is mounted with a positive allowance to the upper generatrix of the body and its lower edge is placed above a horizontal axis of the apparatus. The lower partition is placed between the electrode system and a connecting pipe of oil withdrawal. The upper edge of this partition is placed above the level of the high-electro-potential electrode and its lower edge is mounted with a positive allowance to the lower generatrix of the body. The connecting pipes of oil and water withdrawal are placed on the midpoint of the length of the body and the emulsion feeding connecting pipes, the coalescing blocks, the vertical partitions and the electrodes are installed symmetrically in respect to the connecting pipes of oil and water withdrawal. The technical result is increased efficiency and reliability of the apparatus.
EFFECT: the invention ensures increased efficiency and reliability of the apparatus.
