FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: oil degasification and dehydration method consists in delivery of oil-gas-and-water mixture to two-section oil, gas and water separator, separating oil gas in it and heating oil-and-water emulsion by means of the upper and lower U-shaped flame tubes placed over each other with branches oriented horizontally towards each other, at that in process of oil degasification and dehydration heat power required for heating of free water in the received oil-gas-and-water mixture is controlled as per the following dependency: N = Qoil(W1-W2) with Δt/(1-W1)(1-W2), where N is heat power, Qoil is oil consumption, W1 is total quantity of water in the received oil-gas-and water mixture, W2 is quantity of water in oil-and-water emulsion, c is heat capacity of water, Δt is required temperature drop at output and input of oil, gas and water separator; heat capacity required for free water heating is compared with the reference value of heat power of the flame tube, and when this reference value is exceeded the lower flame tube is switched off.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of the process for oil-gas-and-water emulsions separating.
