SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of pouring concrete to form from hopper; compacting poured concrete by vibration; moving forms on conveyer line; drying blocks in forms; using forms having paired cells and embedded bottoms; preliminarily placing onto said bottoms die of front layer and simultaneously filling two paired cells of form; shaping first layer of concrete; displacing form by stroke equal to width of cell; controlling position of next pair of cells relative to hopper; filling successively all pairs of cells of form; realizing compaction of first layer in form; then shifting form from space under first hopper; placing heat insulation layer onto compacted concrete layer; passing through two first layers connection rods arranged by different angles in vertical plane while remaining free ends of rods; moving form to second hopper; filling second hopper with concrete batch sufficient for all paired cells; filling paired cells of form at moving form by stroke equal to width of cell; compacting second layer of concrete by vibration.
EFFECT: improved strength of concrete blocks.
