FIELD: civil engineering; manufacture of building materials.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention is essentially unloading-reloading station including frame skeleton, movable frame with drive fitted on and furnished with device for knocking out of building blocks, transportation system with roller table. Roller table accommodates moulds with blocks, and block knocking out device in lower position is arranged under magazines. Knocking out device is made in form of paired vertical posts-pushers rigidly secured by lower ends on movable frame. Moulds with blocks are made in form of platform with rigidly secured paired cells and inserted bottoms under each of which upper ends of vertical posts-pushers are arranged in their lower position, and grips of reloading mechanism are provided with vertical and horizontal displacement hydraulic drives distance between grips does not exceed width of inserted bottoms of each cell. Invention provides high-capacity continuous reloading of multilayer building blocks to any processing position with simultaneous release of blocks from magazines. Operation of reloader is synchronized with feeding and releasing devices and continuous process is provided, when necessary.

EFFECT: increased capacity of device and continuous operation.
