PROTECTOR FOR PROTECTION OF FORCE CABLE IN A WELL Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: mining industry.

SUBSTANCE: device has body, groove for placing force cable and deflectors for interaction with operation columns inner channels. Body is made closed in form of eye, with thickened portion and channel for enveloping tubing pipe. In thickened portion a socket is made and groove is placed, made open for inserting at angle α to axis of force cable groove and its connection during screwing together of pipe and sleeve at well mouth. Width of open groove is less than force cable width. Surfaces of socket, enveloping force cable, are made with possible pressing of cable to surface of tubing pipe.

EFFECT: higher reliability, higher manufacturability, lower costs.
