SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to oscillating mechanisms. Link oscillation mechanism with carriage of high-torque variator of non-friction type includes housing, input shaft, oscillatory shaft, cam, oscillator with link, control handle and conversion device. Device for converting unidirectional rotation of cam into oscillatory rotation of oscillating shaft is made with possibility of smooth variation of its oscillation range from control handle. Mechanism is equipped with slide sliders secured in the case. Oscillator is equipped with a carriage in contact with the cam and installed in the body guides. Link and trunnion are mounted on slider and housing bearings, respectively. Carriage has groove. Control lever is kinematically connected to the slider, for example, by means of a screw gear, with the possibility of the slider movement in parallel to the slot.

EFFECT: simplified design and increased efficiency.
