SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering. The rocker oscillating mechanism of the non-friction high-torque variator contains a housing mounted on the bearings of the housing, a tubular-type cam - a driving link, a driven link in the form of a lever with an axis perpendicular to the cam axis, and a turn signal coaxially to the cam, on which the journal is made perpendicular to the cam axis, and also contains a control handle with the possibility of turning the turn signal from it, with a cylindrical rocker and a spokes coaxial to it, a swinging washer, fitted on the turn signal trunnions, a two-arm rocker in contact with the cam, forming a rotating pair with a swinging washer with the axis of rotation perpendicular to the axle of the trunnions. A longitudinal groove is made in the housing parallel to the cam axis, fixing the spoke axis in the plane of the cam axis, and the cylindrical link is installed to form a translational-rotational pair with a lever on which, for example, a spherical head in contact with the cylindrical link is mounted.
EFFECT: simplified design and increased efficiency of the mechanism are provided.
