SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building. Link oscillatory mechanism of the non-friction high-torque variator comprises a housing, an input shaft installed on the bearings of the housing, an oscillating shaft, a cam with possibility of unidirectional rotation from the input shaft and a vibrating oscillator in contact with the cam in the form of a link with a longitudinal slot, as well as is equipped with control handle and device for converting unidirectional rotation of cam into oscillatory rotation of oscillating shaft with possibility of smooth variation of its oscillation range from control handle, including a picot installed in housing with possibility of rotation from control handle, contacting rotary-translationally with longitudinal slot of link with spherical end and with lever provided with journal portion. Journal portion is mounted on a turn signal with possibility of rotation and movement of lever in plane of rotation of link and it is connected with oscillatory shaft with possibility of transfer of rotation, for example, cardan shaft.
