FIELD: strengthening and restoring surfaces of parts.
SUBSTANCE: machine includes rotary table with lodgments for articles. Said table is mounted on vertical axle whose lower end rests upon height adjustable support with possibility of sliding on it. In mechanism for rotating and providing reciprocation motion of table driving pinion of electric drive unit is engaged with driven pinion rigidly mounted on vertical axle of rotary table. Hopper with surfacing charge is provided with metering device. The last includes damper that engages alternatively with respective lodgment. Reciprocation motion mechanism of table includes disc rigidly secured to vertical axis and having supporting rollers whose number is equal to that of positions of lodgments engaged with feeler device in the form of plates. Flags are rigidly mounted in pairs along perimeter of disc. At rotation of table said flags engage with two limit switches for starting and terminating surfacing.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of part surfacing due to automatic setting of gap "inductor-part" after heating part and melting charge, automatic pouring of charge.
