FIELD: surfacing of different parts and assemblies operating in mode of friction pairs. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of applying upon article predetermined layer of charge having pellets of wear resistant alloy; melting charge by means of inductor; preliminarily treating pellets of wear resistant alloy by means of mixture of boric acid 88-90% and soda ash 10-12% at adding water to said mixture in relation 250 g per 1 kg of mixture; heating up to 250 C for crystallizing boron containing components on surface of pellets of wear resistant alloy. At temperature 700-1300 C at process of surfacing boron containing components are crystallized. It prevents pellet oxidation and promotes boron diffusion on their surface. EFFECT: lowered thickness of charge layer at surfacing, increased storage period of charge.
