FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: manipulator is made as supporting bogie 1 provided with carriage 2 mounted on its frame for reciprocal motion in mutually perpendicular directions. Turning table 3 of carriage with uprights 4, 5 fixed to it is provided with rotator 6 with mechanism of its lifting. Lifting mechanism represents two interconnected screw gears 26 and 27 provided with drive and arranged in the above-indicated uprights. Screw gears are coupled kinematically to sliders 29 carrying the bed of rotator 6. In addition, manipulator rotator 6 is provided with rotation drive and tilting mechanism. Bogie 1 is fitted with auxiliary wheels and lifting mechanism intended for lifting or lowering the wheels depending on direction of bogie movement. EFFECT: more effective construction. 4 cl, 9 dwg
