FIELD: press equipment; press hydraulic drives.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of press equipment, in particular, with the press hydraulic drives intended predominantly for compaction of fibrous and powdery materials. The drive contains the hydraulic cylinders of a pressing system and an ejector, an auxiliary hydraulic valve of control and a safety valve. The cavities of a coupling rod and a piston of each hydraulic cylinder are connected by hydraulic lines accordingly to the first and the second executive channels of the corresponding main hydraulic valves of control. The outlet channel of the hydraulic valve of control over the hydraulic cylinder of pressing is linked to the drainage. In the first working position the inlet channel of each main hydraulic valve of control is linked with the first executive channel. The second executive channel is linked with the outlet channel. The outlet channel of the main hydraulic valve of control of the hydraulic cylinder of the ejector trough the check valve is linked with the piston cavity of the hydraulic cylinder of pressing. In the neutral position of each main hydraulic valve of control all its channels are shut. In the second working position of each main hydraulic valve of control its inlet channel is linked with the second executive channel and the first executive channel and the outlet channel are shut. The drive is supplied with an additional auxiliary hydraulic valve of control and a safety valve. The first channel of each auxiliary hydraulic valve of control is linked with a coupling rod cavity. The second channel is linked with a piston cavity of the corresponding hydraulic cylinder, and the third channel - with the drain. In the neutral position of the auxiliary hydraulic valve of control of the hydraulic cylinder of the ejector all channels are shut. In the first working position the first channel is shut and the second channel is linked with the third channel. In the second working position the first channel is linked with the second channel and the third channel is shut. Each of safety valves is connected by its inlet channel to a hydraulic line linked with the coupling rod cavity of the corresponding hydraulic cylinder. The safety valve of the hydraulic cylinder of the ejector is supplied with an electrical control. In result the invention ensures increased efficiency of the press drive operation.
