FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: unit is designed for hydraulic drive of machines and units, which periodically work with associated load at output link of their hydraulic motor. Unit 1 comprises adjustable pump 2 with proportional electric control and controlled hydraulic motor 3 with proportional electric control, shafts of which are connected to the shaft of driving electric motor 4, hydraulic accumulator 6, hydraulic tank 11, hydraulic control valves 7, 8 and 9, reverse valves 13, 16, 17 and safety valve 21, taps 14, 15, 18, pressure hydraulic lines 12 and 19, return hydraulic line 20. Pressure sensors 10, 24, 25 and sensor 5 of angular rotation speed of motor 4 are connected to corresponding inputs of controller 26, corresponding outputs of which are connected to electric control units of pump 2 and hydraulic motor 3 and electromagnets of hydraulic control valves 7, 8, 9 and 22 and safety valve 21. In controller 26 there are devices, for example, joysticks for input of signals of movement control of output link of hydraulic cylinder 23 and setting modes of operation of unit 1.
EFFECT: higher energy efficiency of hydraulic energy recovery unit.
