SUBSTANCE: simulator has working places for trainees, simulation block, training manager's block, estimation of trainees' actions block, program management block, ship's and environment's characteristics blocks, virtual reality means, training results documentation block, trainee's model block, adaptation means of courseware for concrete user and intellectual interface. At that interface fulfills sustenance of interaction of a trainee and training manager with other simulation's blocks. The results of taking-up decisions by an operator and imitating models are compared with the help of an automatic system.

EFFECT: increases effectiveness of applying simulations by way of modeling dynamics of interaction of a ship with environment in different conditions of exploiting.
