Method of automated training, which includes computer server for systematization of technological processes, equipped with knowledge bases, virtual simulation of process, analysis unit, characterized in that technological processes are created or adjusted using an instructor interface, a process designer and a library of process units, training process is started in a virtual environment and using a process disturbance generator to select causes and symptoms of violations from the knowledge base through an instructor interface, after which trainees control the process using an interface and a system for automated control of actuators in a virtual environment of the process, using a unit for analyzing the progress of the technological process, completing the knowledge base, wherein the knowledge is assessed and the actions of the trainees are recorded, after which a report on the effectiveness of their actions is formed.
