The suggested water-emulsion composition includes fatty foundation as Vaseline, an emulsifier T2 and, additionally, it contains low-mineralized native underground mineral water. All the components mentioned should be taken at a certain quantitative ratio. The composition suggested causes no allergic reactions and irritating action upon patient's skin being of biological activity.
