FIELD: agriculture; food industry; municipal economy.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents floatation apparatus for excretion from suspension of a microbial albuminous mass and its concentrating and is dealt with the field of agriculture, municipal economy and a food-processing industry. The floatation apparatus consists of a container divided by partitions into several communicating chambers and a foam suppressor. The container is supplied with: connecting pipes for feeding the floatable suspensions, for withdrawal of the foam and the clarified suspension; an aerator for feeding air or a gas into suspension fed in the first chamber of the container. The partitions have apertures for overflow of the suspension from one chamber into another chamber and above the bottom of each of them there are diffuser plates for formation of finely dispersed streams of the air or a gas. The aerator is established in the first chamber above diffuser plates. In the last chamber connecting pipe of the clarified suspension a liquid level regulator of the chambers is located. The invention ensures an increased share of the albumen mass in the concentrate and an increased degree of its purification from foreign substances.
