FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed process comprises material feed from conveyor via inlet branch pipe to flow-sensitive turbine of vaned thrower with horizontal rotational axis drive by motor. After contact with turbine vanes loose material particle acquire extra amount of motion and reflect from jacket wall to fall downward to discharge device. Total torque at turbine shaft equals the impact interaction of substance flow with vane (skewed impact) and Coriolis acceleration at subsequent slide of particles over said vanes from innerside of turbine interior, in proportion with material mass flow rate. Increase in load at vanes causes decrease in angular rotational speed of the rotor. By fractional increase in fed material amount and registration of rotor angular velocity, functional relationship "difference between working rotor angular speed and rotor idling angular speed - material mass a second" is constructed. Here, time of material stay on turbine vane is registered. Thereafter, material continuous feed is initiated. Required portion is defined as the product of material instantaneous mass derived from aforesaid relationship by time interval of rotor angular working speed action that varies as shaded area.
EFFECT: higher accuracy.
