FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: current invention includes dependence of signal accumulation time on signal/noise relation. Number of non-coherent accumulations is increased in case of deep freezing of signal, increase of interference levels from adjacent nodes and increase of amount of users in a node. For this maximal value of each series of total modules of correlation function of received signal is compared to two thresholds. In case of high relation of noise/signal upper threshold will be exceeded in case of low number of non-coherent accumulations, and in case of low relation signal/noise number of non-coherent accumulations increases. In case of signal absence low threshold will not be exceeded in case of small amount of non-coherent accumulations and next point of indeterminacy range will be analyzed. Therefore, average search time in channels with feeding will decrease.

EFFECT: decreased time, required to search for multiple-beam broadband signal.
