FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has matrix settable on mesiodistal tooth crown surface having groove. Patrix is used for setting matrix in the groove. The attachment is manufactured as extracrown one. Matrix end turned to gingiva is curved towards vestibular crown surface. Groove is directed towards vestibular crown surface. At least a part of patrix is manufactured with its shape matching groove shape at matrix bend place. The second embodiment of the invention has groove bottom orthogonally set with respect to mesiodistal plane arc-shaped in the plane having lesser radii in the vicinity of matrix groove turned towards gingiva. At least a part of patrix is manufactured with its shape matching matrix groove shape and arc shape distinguished with lesser radii. The third embodiment of the invention discloses attachment of extracrown type with above described groove shape in matrix. Slot is produced in matrix on its mesiodistal dental surface for placing clasp dental prosthesis rod to it with matrix attached to the rod.
EFFECT: high serviceability in setting and removing clasp dental prosthesis; improved rest and load distribution function.
