FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for use in making lost clasp prostheses with locking fixture. After loss of clasp dental prosthesis and while maintaining consistent non-removable structure fixed on teeth imprinted from jaw is obtained (silicone, polyester). Therein abutment tooth is filled with ash-free plastic, containing lock element or several abutment teeth with locking elements. After final hardening of ash-free plastic impression is poured with super-gypsum. Model is made. On lock part from ash-free plastic locking fixture sleeve is installed. Space between sleeve and prosthetic bed is poured with wax, model is prepared to duplication. Duplicated using doubling silicone mass. On refractory model frame clasp dental prosthesis is simulated, wax frame is replaced with metal. Performing final making of clasp dental prosthesis and install bushings in base of clasp dental prosthesis.
EFFECT: method enables making clasp prosthesis again without replacement of consistent non-detachable structure fixed on teeth.
