FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has hollow casing with handle, power supply source mounted in the internal cavity and teeth on the casing. The teeth are connected to the power supply source. The device has at least one removable teeth row manufactured from ionizing material and at least one teeth row manufactured from current-conducting material. The device has system for supplying liquid to teeth surface and ionization unit connected to power supply source unit and to teeth rows. The teeth rows are arranged in series or in parallel to each other. The teeth rows manufactured from ionizing material are connected to positive electrode of the power supply source unit. The removable tooth row and a row of teeth manufactured from ionizing material are arranged in parallel and shifted relative to each other.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of hair structure repair treatment; deep drug penetration.
