FIELD: personal care appliances. SUBSTANCE: device has bottle and removably attached comb with handle and teeth provided with inner channels and outlet openings in their free ends. Bottle may be removably joined to comb at point adjacent to handle base. Two openings for charging cosmetic and medicinal substance are made in lower part of bottle at side adjacent to mentioned point. Two openings are positioned along axis perpendicular to bottle base and offset to side opposite teeth. Free ends of teeth are sharpened in the way similar to that of medicinal needle so that conical openings are formed, with outlet diameter of opening exceeding its inlet diameter. Charging openings are made oval-shaped. Comb has at least 15 teeth. Cosmetic or medicinal substance is disposed at the level above charging openings. Lower part of bottle is provided with holes disposed adjacent to zone of connection with comb handle and defining teeth bases. EFFECT: simplified applying of cosmetic or medicinal substance onto hair of person or animal and to zone adjacent to hair roots, wider operational capabilities and enhanced reliability in operation. 5 cl, 9 dwg
