SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cutting devices and may be used for hair clipping. The device contains a body with guides positioned on its bottom, a blade, a disk and a brush. The brush covers the blade and is installed in the body guides to that to enable reciprocating motion. The reciprocating motion is ensured with the help of the disk by way of mechanical frictional transmission.
EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of sparing mode preparation of hair cores within damaged areas of skin integuments for performance of medical manipulations.
