FIELD: chemical industry; petrochemical industry; petroleum refining industry.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the fields of chemical industry, petrochemical industry, petroleum refining industry and may be used for formation of a layer of catalysts homogenous by its physical physical specifications and used in heterogeneous processes, for example in processes of a reforming, isomerization, hydrorefining of petroleum factions. Loading of the catalysts in the reactors of the technological installations is carried out by their feeding in each reactor through a loading device consisting of a receiving funnel, a connective pipeline and a distributive apparatus in series connected to each other. The distributive apparatus represents a cylindrical body, equipped with a batcher, a dissector, a nozzle and a source of the nozzle of rotary motion. A uniform distribution of corpuscles of the catalyst is achieved by change of a value of pressure entered the source of the rotary motion of the nozzle of air or a noble gas. The pressure value is determined according to the following empirical formula: P = 1.665 + (100 / H)2 + 50 / H + 0.0047*B + 0.3*D, where P is a pressure, kg / cm2; H - a height of a catalyst particles falling down, cm; B - a radius of distribution of particles, cm; D - a packed density of the catalyst, g / cm3. In the capacity of a nozzle they use lobes made out of an elastic rubberized material. The length of the lobes is equal to 0.26-0.34 of a radius of a loaded reactor. The technical result is a uniform distribution of particles of a catalyst along a cross-section of a loaded reactor and along a height of a catalyst layer, that allows to form a catalyst layer of a homogenous structure in a volume of a loaded reactor or other container.
EFFECT: the invention ensures a uniform distribution of particles of a catalyst along a cross-section of a loaded reactor and along a height of a catalyst layer, formation of a catalyst layer of a homogenous structure in volume of a loaded reactor or other container.
