FIELD: container cleaning, particularly for cleaning oil tanks.

SUBSTANCE: device includes rail road with individual waste water receivers formed into track, assembly for supplying tank flushing hot water and steam having no pumps, assembly for waste water receiving and purification, system for oil slime and remaining oil collection and recycling. Flushing assembly comprises means for high-frequency treatment of tank chamber walls. The means is formed as portable vibrator to be installed on tank shell during flushing thereof. Assembly for flushing water and steam supplying includes two high-pressure vessels providing water discharge by the action of superheated steam. The vessels are provided with distribution manifold, which provides change of operating mode from high-pressure mode, in which the vessels are used for water discharge to lower-pressure one, in which the vessels are used for waste water receiving, due to connecting manifold valve system with steam supplying system.

EFFECT: reduced time of tank cleaning from viscous oil, reduced power inputs for oil heating and increased simplicity of water recycling system.
