FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing black oil from steaming-washing mixtures (P-PS) of petroleum products (oil sludges) formed during flushing of inner surfaces of reservoirs. Invention relates to a method of producing black oil, including repeated heating oil sludge with a heat carrier in a reservoir with a process opening in the upper part for evaporation, settling after each heating, draining off the separated water, wherein the process is carried out until achieving a given value of residual watering. Oil sludge is represented by a steaming-washing mixture of oil-containing products residues; when draining water, visual and laboratory monitoring of presence of oil sludge in water is carried out; in the presence of oil sludge, draining is stopped, heating is repeated, wherein the tank is equipped with at least one heat exchanger for the heat carrier, the reservoir is filled with the mixture above the level of the heat exchanger location by at least 30 % and maximum by 90 %, and heating at each stage is performed to temperature of 105–150 °C.

EFFECT: technical result is expansion of arsenal of technological methods of producing fuel oil and reduction of negative impact on environment.
