FIELD: railway transport; track circuits.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to track circuit devices designed for passing by rails signal and traction currents on sections of railways with electric traction. Proposed rail bond contains fishplate and resilient current-carrying element installed in space between fishplate and rail necks. Current-carrying element is and in from of trough whose side walls are made up of external lobes can be bent outwards to form support shelves. End faces of external and internal lobes can be provided with cuts. Current-carrying element is made of spring steel and is provided with protective coating.
EFFECT: improved reliability of contact of rail bond members owing to increased resilience of current carrying element.
