FIELD: electrical engineering; line connectors; interbonding rails to form track circuit.
SUBSTANCE: proposed track-circuit bond has flat conducting strips contacting webs of rails being joined, springs holding conducting strips down to web surfaces of rails being joined, and set of bracing bolts with side plates; these side plates, springs, and webs of rails being bonded, and conducting strips for bracing bolts are provided with through holes; conducting strips have cross bends in center and are disposed either side of webs of rails being bonded with bend directed outward; springs holding conducting strips down to surfaces of rail webs are fitted in pairs onto each brace bolt either side of webs of rails being bonded and are disposed between side plate and conducting strip. Conducting strip is made of low-carbon steel, its cross bend is wavy in shape, and telescopic coil springs function to hold down conducting strips to surfaces of rail webs through their larger-radius turns.
EFFECT: reduced labor consumption for bond manufacture, facilitated disassembly and reassembly of bond in repairs of most abundant low- and medium-speed railroads.
