FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: spring rail bond contains current-conducting plate with electric contact elements and convex-concave spring-loaded element. The current-conducting plate is box-shaped and is equipped with bridge connection. On the current-conducting plate at distance of 60 mm from each other spherical elements are moulded which are faced by their convex side to rail web. The spherical elements have segmented discontinuities and tapered cavities in which electric contact elements with projection over taper base are installed. Each electric contact element has setting part in the form of blunted cone and contact part in the form of sphere. Spherical part of electric contact element and spherical part of moulded element form single sphere of the same radius. Tapering of setting part of electric contact element is equal to tapering of cavity made in spherical element. Electric contact elements are coated with grease containing tin, copper, graphite and microadditives of fullerene- containing materials.

EFFECT: higher reliability of spring-loaded rail bond.
