FIELD: uniform and intensive drying of short and long-sized lumbers, as well as of root crops and other food diamagnetic materials.
SUBSTANCE: the principal distinction from the existing driers is the use of the power mains energy at a frequency of 50 Hz and voltage within 220 to 380 V, which ensures a multiple reduction of their cost, as well as an essential rise of drying quality from the initial water content of diamagnetics of 30% and more to a final one of 6 to 10%. The principal distinction and indisputable advantage of the offered drying plant is the possibility of use of the principle of single-and multi-section plant with unified heating devices in the form of tubular cores of soft magnet steels with solenoids providing trouble-free deflectness drying of diamagnetics at accelerated conditions during 4 to 24 hours up to the final water content of 6 to 8%.
EFFECT: minimized specific consumption of electric power transformed to the heating one.
