SUBSTANCE: proposed method for transmitting audio calling signal to communication line terminals depending for their operation on different communication protocols includes following procedures: first terminal depending for its operation on Internet protocol where audio calling signal is generated identifies type of network to which second terminal requesting call initialization is assigned; audio calling signal data to be transferred to second terminal are generated in compliance with type of network; audio calling signal data are inserted in message responding to call initializing message; then response message incorporating mentioned inserted data is transferred to second terminal.
EFFECT: provision for using different communication protocols for signal shaping and transmission.
