SUBSTANCE: proposed method that can be used to transfer voice messages over Internet implies assessment of ability of servicing call over Internet in off-line gateway server with reference to internal database, transfer of call service request together with route change control request concerning switched public telephone network to private calling telephone exchange by means of off-line gateway server when it is found out that call cannot be serviced over Internet, and call is conveyed to called subscriber over switched public telephone network by means of private telephone exchange in response to route change control request concerning switched public telephone network, route being changed by means of line used for incoming call between switched public telephone network and mentioned gateway server.
