SUBSTANCE: According the present invention potato is washed, inspected and is treated with lipid-containing extract from biomass of Mortierella marbyrgensis micromycete. Then treated potato is peeled, cut, precooked, and packaged into pack made of double or laminated film under vacuum followed by sealing and pasteurizing.
EFFECT: garnish potato of improved organoleptic properties.
