FIELD: wind power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed windmill contains rotor installed for rotation relative to vertical axle, and turnable blades installed for turning relative to their vertical axles secured on rotor within ±70° relative to rotor tangential line. Blades are made asymmetrical relative to their axles of turning. Larger section of asymmetrical blade is made flexible or sectional, with possibility of bending in plane of turning. End of larger section of each asymmetrical blade is flexibly coupled with rotor housing in point arranged on one circumference with axles of blade turning from side of larger sections of said blades. Said flexible coupling is provided with slack when blade is in position with zero deflection from rotor tangential line.
EFFECT: simplified design.
