FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: mechanism of turbine blade transformation containing basic part of the blade installed on the turbine rotor with possibility of rotation relatively to the vertical axis between the mechanical limiters, articulated flap and kinematic link of the basic part of the blade and flap. The kinematic link of the basic part of the blade and flap has lever connected with the flap coaxially with its geometric axis, and rigid pull rod, its first end is connected by pivot with the lever end, and second end is secured by pivot on the rotor. Lever length is 1-3 distances from rotation axis of the blade to pull rod securing point on the rotor, and sum of lengths of lever and pull rod is equal to maximum distance from the pull rod securing point on rotor to rotation axis of the flap.

EFFECT: increased efficiency.
