FIELD: food processing industry, in particular canner industry.

SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes raw material washing, inspection, impregnation with liquefied gas under atmosphere-above pressure, decompression to atmospheric pressure with simultaneous grinding and sterilization of raw material. Further ground material is decanted in aseptic conditions, and centrifuge effluent is packed in aseptic conditions. Liquefied gas is used in composition of myscelle obtained by extraction with liquid gas of biomass of Mortierella spinosa var. Sterilis micromycete, and decantation is carried out in gas flow, escaped in decompression process.

EFFECT: target product with improved organoleptic characteristics and increased content of bioactive substances.
