Abstract RU 2253383 C1

FIELD: medicine, otorhinolaryngology.

SUBSTANCE: one should separate mucosa from both sides through incision along caudal edge of rectangular cartilage followed by resecting cartilaginous strip in dorsal department at its whole length, then comes incision of cartilage in cranial department followed by its partial mobilization according to "swinging door" type. Moreover, before performing incision in cranial department, it is necessary to make restrictive cartilaginous incision of nasal septum in ventral department perpendicular to incision line in cranial department at a distance against ventral cartilaginous edge of nasal septum followed by removing curved osseous crest. Distance against ventral cartilaginous edge of nasal septum corresponds to 5-6 mm. The innovation enables to decrease the chance for development of saddle-shaped deformation.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of plasty.
