FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.

SUBSTANCE: one should apply Kirschner's needles through lateral surfaces of patient's forearm, moreover, in the upper third of the forearm - from the side of radial fragments, in the lower third - from the side of elbow bone, then, in case of pronated distal radial fragment one should install forearm in its zero position, apply the needle at the distance of 2 ± 0.1 cm against the line of fracture through proximal radial fragment and intact elbow bone, supinate patient's forearm up to the level of 90° against zero position, apply the second needle at the distance of 2 ± 0.1 cm against the line of fracture through distal radial fragment and intact elbow bone, and at pronated proximal radial fragment one should install patient's forearm into zero position, apply the needle at the distance of 2 ± 0.1 cm against the line of fracture through proximal radial fragment and intact elbow bone, pronate patient's forearm up to the level of 90° against zero position, apply the second needle through distal radial fragment and intact elbow bone that provides accurate reposition and restoration of forearm's function.
